PopUp Bagels is open in Studio City
PopUp Bagels opened its Studio City shop on Ventura Boulevard at the end of August. It's the brand's second shop in the LA area, after Brentwood. The bagels come whole, with a tub of schmear on the side. The house line is "Grip, Rip and Dip," so you tear the bagel and dip it rather than slicing and spreading.
What to get
We tried the plain, the sesame and the everything, all with the scallion cream cheese. The sesame with scallion is the one we'd go back for.
How ordering works

- Bagels are sold in bundles with schmear: 3 bagels with one schmear, then 6, 12 or 30.
